A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITH priceless Rachel's help (got it back!) in organizing all the mess with glasses. Batch 3. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, cherries, oak. Taste: same, nice body, very balanced. Overall: very good.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy bright red with a small white head. Aroma expresses lots of gently tart cherries upfront, followed by rustic notes and some bugs. Flavour is buggy and fruity in the most cohesive of ways, with a great yeast profile, perfect incorporation of cherries, and light oak. What a great expression of fruit and yeast. Expert brew.
