750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose is buggy and complex, with lots of wonderful wild yeast, musty grape skins, plenty of deep oak, and some rustic notes. Flavour is really complex, with a wonderful interplay of fermented out grapes, grape skins, wild yeast, oak, and rustic notes. That's some nice depth and complexity. Dry, vinous and buggy on the finish with very fitting above average carbonation. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Aroma has whiskey and fermented fruit. Flavour has a punch of acidity, some citrus and stonefruit. Not particularly enjoyable.

FHF 2024. Generous pour 😁 Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: bold, a bit of nail polisher, a bit fruity. Taste: along the same lines, very acidic. Overall: way too sour.

Peachy, slight haze, complex bugs, beautiful vinous notes. Low bitterness. This rocks. Salmon coloured wine barrel awesomeness.
