Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours murky dark red. Aroma has old leather, sweet cherries. Flavour has sweet cherries, tart cherry pits, leather.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours an opaque dark red with a small white head. Aroma is full of intense cherry skins, cherry pith, cherry jam, oak, and a nice wild yeast character — very deep cherry. Flavour is rich, with intense cherry depth—not too much acidity, nice pith, jammy but not sweet—with a deep wild yeast character. Wonderful incorporation of the cherry. Low carb, fittingly so. Excellent.

FHF 2024. Appearance: cherry copper with a bit rose head. Aroma: sweet cherries, kompot, intense Taste: cherries, tart, bold, low to moderately acidic. Overall: refreshing, pretty good.

Deep purple hue, no head. Deep cherry, light wood, a touch of brown sugar. Nice depth, big juiciness. Moderate acidity.
