500 mL bottle poured, picked up at Special Brews. Bright ruby red appearance, thin head that fades. Big wine grape aroma noticeable upon pouring. Oak and cherry as well. Flavor is on the dry side, oak front, with some tart cherry and bold red wine. Bites late with a moderate acidity. Long lasting wine and oak palate. Tasty brew overall.

Reddish body, with a thin head. Deep fruit. Light herbs. Good body. My notes are messy but I think where it says fermented fart I am not reading that correctly. This is better than fermented fart.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours clear ruby. Aroma has dirty yeast and cherries. Flavour has gentle semi-sweet cherries, light on the acidity. Gentle and not complex, but very enjoyable.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy dark mahogany with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of red wine grape must, oak, and some wild yeast. Flavour is complex and integrated, with tart red wine grape skins, oak, and earthiness. Vinous, oaky, and tart. Very good.

FHF 2024. Appearance: nice clear purple with a bit rose head. Aroma: fruity, some nice funky berries. Taste: along the same lines, dry, oak, woody. Overall: interesting.
