13/4/2019. From Bag in a Box, at Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival, 2019. Pours clear pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of tart apples, farmyard, toffee, wood and citrus. Light sweetness, medium to heavy tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Very dry, tart, astringent finish. Pretty good.

BIAB at Hull Real Ale & Cider Fest 2019. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of muck, cats wee. Taste is mucky, apple, dry and woody, cedar, fresh oaky, vanilla. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oak finish. Quite drinkable

ABV: 6.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, tart apples, sweet apples, green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, tart, apple skin, apple core, green apple, wood - woody, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181019]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Clear yellow without head. Aroma is red apples and green apples. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 191018

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are green apples, fruits, little tart and has a dry finish.

Bag in Box at the Jolly Judge. It pours clear golden with not head. The aroma is musty, barnyard, funk, hay, apple skin, oak, light vanilla and leather. The taste is dry, tart, musty, apple skin, tangy, barnyard, tannin, leather and a kick of alcohol. Medium body and flat. Proper barnyard cyder. Decent.
