Bon match !

(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, lemon and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

Keg.
POured hazy and deep yellow in color.
Ripe tropical fruits in aroma and flavor, some grapefruty pithy notes. Juicy, but slightly old feel IMO.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and light tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Interesting juicy NEIPA with quite the hops punch.

Tasting at Ryan's, can
Cloudy blond colour with large, fluffy head. Moderate dankness, and some fruits in the aroma. Soft mouthfeel, supported by the starch; the sweetness is light; good, juicy hops, stone fruit mostly; some chalk and astringency in the finish.
Good.

16oz (thx, Alex G.!) @ Ryan's shared with Alex. Appearance: cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma: dank, citrusy, a bit of onion notes, creamy. Taste: aggressive, lots of hops, dry, fruity. Finishes with citrusy notes and some bitterness. Overall: too aggressive and lacks smoothness that hazies might provide.
