A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light banana esters, cloves, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, light curacao, classic. On tap at Notre Dame location.

On tap at Siboire, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast and crisp crackery malt. Nice command of the yeast, with a dry, floral finish. Very good.
