Perla is one of the best roasters in Miami and we always order from them when we come to town. In this case, however, I'm not sold on the use of their beans. Dark brown, lots of toasty coffee on the nose. On the palate though it is just thin, bland and toasty. I definitely wanted this one to be better.

Coffee infusion doesn't really work here like the hangover is that bad. Some roast and a little coffee, though partly vegetable aroma of beans. Black pour with ok head. Tap at Veza Sur.
