A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous hops, light catnip, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with light fruity esters, light mineral notes, light catty notes, pleasant. On tap at Les Sans Taverne's Festival des Bières Ouvrières 2024.

500mL bottle, pours a fairly clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, some farmhouse yeast, and light black peppery notes. Flavour is bright on the spicy rustic saison yeast, gentle tartness, and crunchy wheat. Not as complex in the yeast department as many other Auvals, but carefully made, finishing bright and spicy. Decent.

750ml (thx, Guillermo C.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, barrel, grainy notes. Taste: along the same lines, a bit lemony. Overall: pleasant and refershing.
