For our first official collaboration with a Quebec brewery we could not be happier to be working with Le Ketch. Located on the south side of the St Lawrence River, almost 900km east of Kingston, Le Ketch has been banging out some incredible IPAs over the past few years.

We really enjoyed hosting Guillaume from Le Ketch, and developing a plan for Rive Sud DIPA. Brewed with 702 Citra and a touch of honey, and dry-hopped with cryo Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Motueka, we wanted a beer that would be hop-saturated, dank and tropical, yet have a silky, creamy mouthfeel. We're happy with the result!
