Assemblage de bières de blé sures et d'IPA belge maturé 14 mois en fût de chêne

Assemblage de Solstice d’Été sans fruits, Solstice d’Été Mangue et de Dernière Volonté, maturé 14 mois en barriques de chêne. Belle couleur marmelade, notes d’épices et de vin blanc. Arômes de fruits tropicaux et légère acidité qui vient compléter le tout et assurer une grande buvabilité à cette Symbiose!

This series is hit or miss but this one is definitely a good one. Cork, aged white wine and some nice fruit, mango and melon.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Bretty funk, sour underly, fairly feint mango. Decent, but not totally cohesive.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with Brett notes, light fruity esters, grapeskin, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, fruity esters, light grapeskin, light cork, light buttery notes, very nice. On tap at St Jérôme location.
