Sour Cherry Sour

A lightly pink ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cherry pulp, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, tart mix of cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, OK. On tap at brewery.

Can that pours a lightly hazy, light-peach colour with a big frothy-fizzy white-pinkish head, good retention and some foamy patches. Fruity nose with the mild cherries and sourness. Sour mouthfeel, fairly thin with just a touch of tart on the tongue. Flavours a light with the cherry notes. Good for the style, as less tart, but wish the fruit was more powerful - like a regular fruit beer.
