(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 15 May 2026) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots, grapes and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, apricots, oak wood, grapes, herbs, flowers, a light barnyard touch and a finish with a generous acidity and no evident bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Fresh and acidic, with lots of citrus and apricots. Great beer!

TCBW2026. Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is tart berries, some apricot, mild funky tones with some farmyard to it as well. Flavour is tart and funky berries and fruits with some citrus and mildly spicy tones. Somewhat dry palate.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, brillante, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta gialla matura, camomilla, vino bianco, legno. In bocca è acida decisa, vinosa, lunga, succosa, leggermente minerale. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Notevole per intensità e carattere.

At Snallygaster 2022. Poured a dark apricot yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was huge citrus, apricots. Flavor was light funky notes, touch acid but manageable. Woody vinous notes. Amazing.
