Very full bodied, pitch black, decadent and smooth, this is a fun one to kick off the next two weeks full of a bunch of new beers.

Rated at Unknown venue. Lt. Sweet, heavy with greasy coconut oil, syrup, roastiness, sun cream, vanilla and biscuity chocolate chip cookies. A bit unbalanced and too greasy.
Coconut, booze and coconut on the nose. Medium body, a bit oily. Sweet and boozy, lots of sweet coconut, dark chocolate, vanilla. Smooth, rich, very nice. If you hate Bounty, skip.
Dit is wel knap het ruikt en proeft echt naar een kokosmakron . 🥥🍪
A deep dark stout with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, Walnut, coconut, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, coconut, alcohol warmth, vanilla, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coconut and black chocolate with plenty of residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of coconut, light vanilla with some sweet fudge and chocolate notes with probably too much residual sugar notes. Body is full with oily like texture and good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable pastry stout but too much residual sugar to be truly enjoyable in any large quantities.

500ml straight from the source (thx, Chris S.!) @ home. Appearance: dark brown with the same colour weak head and chunks of coconut fat I believe? :) Aroma: coconut and vanilla, some roasted malts and brown sugars. Taste: along the same lines, very intense coconut and vanilla. There are noticeable notes of sour berries as well, but not an infection, maybe coming from the roasted malt? Overall: good one.
