750ml bottle from the brewery, pouring a clean golden colour with nice tiny bubble carbonation, a good white, creamy-frothy cap, retention and streaky, foam lacing. Funky Brett aromas with mild earthiness, sourness and a nice blend of wine-grape notes. Gets hazy as it pours with some big enough particles. The mouthfeel is smooth, kind of refreshing with a light dryness in the finish. The foeder really shines in the taste, blending some vanilla, wood - lingering. Enough hops to give it some grassiness, cutting the richness. Hints of citrus as well. Quite a nice Belgian-style, Brett, stronger blonde that is all well-balanced.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid notes, Brett, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of Brett, light fruity esters, light buttery notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.
