Lightly hazed, light-bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good stay and lacing left. Wheat aromas giving banana notes with mild grassiness from the hops. Hints of peach do come out eventually. The taste is a little less sweet, but still some. Bananas, wheat cereal notes and the hops are well-blended for the style, but does enough to cut that richness, and not add too much dryness. Gets hazier as it pours. A well-balanced Hefeweizen.

A hazed golden Hefeweizen with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light grassy hops, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice banana malt with light cloves, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, fruits and hops. Sweet banana finish.
