A hazed golden weizen with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light coriander, fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Cloudy golden-orange colour with a frothy warm cap, decent retention and some light foamy lacing. Malty nose with some light fruitiness. Maybe oranges, but not bananas. Light banana notes in the taste with even milder cloves. Some decent light bitterness in the finish. Yeast lingers. Not enough bubble gum and bananas and too malty (not wheaty enough) to be a good Hefe. Still decent though, but not my thing for the style.
