This Friday, we’re releasing our 7th anniversary barrel-aged beers! Maple Rye Batch 7 was aged in a used maple syrup barrel that had previously held rye whiskey. Caramel and chocolate sweetness from the Scottish-Wee Heavy balanced with hints of maple, rye spice, and oak.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin creamy brown head. In aroma, caramel malt with loads of maple syrup, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with dark fruits et light burned maple crème brûlé, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. On tap at brewery.
