Hazy with tiny particles looking like spices floating around. Golden-orange colour with a white frothy head, good retention for such a high alcohol content and some soapy, wet lacing left. Big orange juice aroma, with citrus zest, some grassy bitterness and mild alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth, juicy with a touch warming and some light bitterness-dryness lingering. A nice, really juicy, Triple IPA with some warming, bitter and dry notes.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours lightly hazy dark gold with a thin white head and good lace. Aroma of grapefruit and navel orange pulp, some mango, leafy floral Nelson, maybe some berries, lighlty dank, bready lightly sugared malt. Flavour is mid-sweet, fruity yeast and bready/biscuity malt body, grapefruit pulp, heavy guava, pale berries and lots of flowers, almost fruit candy like in that regard, soft citrus peel bitters, drying finish that's heavy perfumed florals, guava, melon, berry candy, bone dry leafy/grapefruit peel finish with light lingering astringency and alcohol warmth. Not the freshest can but it feels as much like an old school NE TIPA as a modern haze bomb one, just minus the whopping resinous bitterness (instead more nuanced hop products and Nelson). Very smooth, nice stuff.
