A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. Growler at Mondiale 2023.

(On tap @ the brewpub, Quebec City, Nov 12/21) Pours opaque medium yellow with a thick white head. Notes of grapefruit, pale melons, lemon, slightly spicy herbs and grass, soft wheaty cereals, lightly sweet and moderately bitter with citrus oil and grass in the finish, slightly powdery vibe to the aftertaste. Relatively light and muted overall but well-balanced. Light body, oily to creamy with soft carbonation. Solid stuff if a bit less than punchy, very drinkable.
