Créée pour souligner notre 4ième anniversaire en septembre 2021. Elle en a surpris plus d'un par son taux plus élevé d'alcool qui n'est pas ressenti en bouche, mais dont la rondeur est des plus réconfortantes en saison automnale. Température suggérée : plus ambiante que froide. Beau produit pour philosopher des heures ou jouer à Risk en famille.

500mL bottle, pours a dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of Belgian yeast, some spices, bready malt, and dark dried fruit. Flavour is a bit washed out, with a reasonably spicy Belgian yeast character, dry bready malt, earthiness, and a bit of phenolic notes. Fairly dry, somewhat estery. Good, but not elite Belgian level.

500mL bottle. Pours a murky brown with a small white head. Sticky toffee, dried fruits, and a touch of spicy Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has a spicy, very slightly phenolic, Belgian yeast character, sticky toffee, some burnt sugars, dried fruits. Carbonation is maybe a tad low. Not on mark for a proper quad, but overall I like it.

Opaque, amber-brown. Thin head. Estery aroma, getting close to bubblegum on this. On the palate, it's definitely bubblegum, quite estery, and sticky sweet. Some alcohol in the finish. The fermentation is a bit out of control here.

A red copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, licorice, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. Bottle at mondiale 2023.
