Loch Mór Cider’s Blush is a high alcohol adventure from the Danforth Road Series of traditional offerings. The rosé aspects in this comes from the apple peel colour and varieties used. It’s dry, crisp and very peel forward. Lots of tannic elements and body, though still somewhat light for 7.5%. A great example of a red-fleshed, traditional method cider offering that’s very clean. Presents more dry because of the tannic elements, with a touch of natural sweetness to it.
