The Danforth Road series by Loch Mór Cider this time features the single varietal popular in the UK, Yarlington Mill. Starting off with a very quick burst of bright and pulpy apples, it quickly becomes cellared, dank and oaky in a long-lingering finish. A lot going on in this one – it’s a very classic, dry offering with some great tannic, caramel and apple elements that are often found in British offerings.
