Brewed following a traditional recipe and a prefered style. Let to rest to amplify the fruity esters of orange and apricot. Pours a rich golden colour, medium-bodied with a gentle spice and well-rounded malts on the palate. Finishes smooth and dry with a soft bitterness.

Draft at the brewery. Is hey malts, with notable candi sugars. Taste his biscuit malts notable sweetness, from the added sugar, with a bitterness that lingers. A little disappointed in this one.

A golden amber ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light maple, pleasant alcohol warmth, light Curaçao, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with candy sugar, light curacao, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, faint vanilla, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
