We love a DDH IPA, and what better dry hop combo is there than Citra and Mosaic? Citrusy, fruity and dank with a lush mouthfeel thanks to the Cornish water and the best ingredients available. We make these DDH beers as thick as we can so that the hops can shine.

Tangerine and mango, grapefruit, hop spice, citrus rinds, touch of mosaic blueberry coming in, malty support, light bitter hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy pale golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of freshly opened hop bag, pine and lemongrass. Flavour of pineapple, sweet blueberry and lemon meringue pie. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Well balanced and delicious.

Tap at The Hive, Crowthorne, 22nd December 24. Pours a light orange yellow. Aroma is peach and citrus. Taste is clean, dry, oranges and tangerine, light peach, bitter linger. Nice

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of papaya and mango, tangerine. Taste of sweet papaya, tangerine, mango, a touch of the dank stuff, pithy finish. Medium bodied.
