Can shared at CBC Islington, 17/10/2018. Many thanks. A clear chestnut brown coloured pour with a loose halo og beige head. Aroma is nutty brown malts, vanilla, rustic, earthy bark notes. Flavour is composed of light tangy sloe, nutty brown malts, brown bread, green apple. earthy bark. Palate si semi sweet and tart, moderate carboantion. little cherry notes.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, dark malt - caramel - toasted, sweet malt, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, hay, caramel - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

Can split at CBC Islington, thanks to Sharon for gifting this one to me, 17/10/18. Black with a tan head. Nose is roast malts, hint of red berry, toffee, light spice. Taste comprises tangy dark fruits, cocoa dusting, brown bread, earthy red berries, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Respectable porter.

Can shared in London - cheers to Cloin. Pours black-brown with foamy tan head. Not bad, has some toasted brown bread, dried berries, mellow earthy hops, dry cocoa. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Further mellow chocolate in the finish. Fine.

Craft Islington. Bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin for the can. Almost clear brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Dry mellow dark malts, little dry malt cream. Tangy fruits. Light dry finish, slightly bitterish chocolate linger. Okay.
