Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- mix of overripe fruit, especially tropical fruit and citruses, malt, meadow grasses. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, citrusy, tropical fruit, meadow grasses, oats. Medium bodied.

Smell of raw fruit, gooseberry. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, whitecurrant, some raw fruit. Lightly bitter. Light body. Soft carbon.

From tap at Il Santo Bevitore in Venice 12.08.21. Milky yellow pear colour. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of lemon juice, lemon peel, passion fruit and lemon grass. Lemon bitternessis lingering on.
