This has a golden, deep straw color with a short foamy head that dosent dissipate right away. Very dry and somewhat stale at the nose, but upon warming in the mouth brings out a surprisingly slightly bitter malted body that remains. It's like the kolsch with alot more kick to it.

Sampled at the Syracuse location. Amber colour; rich, hoppy depths; kiss of sweet malts. Good balance, maybe 32 IBUs, like a mid-range Czech 12 degree.
