Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Viborg Bisp Gunner ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, caramelized malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, caramelized malt, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181008] 5-3-5-3-8

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate bitter woody flavor. Average moderate bitter dry finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Bottle@yesprs - Dark Amber pour with off white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with some notes of dried fruit, some caramel and fudge notes, some brown sugar, sweet malty close.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal, toasted dark malty. Bitter, toasted and slight herbal malty. Dry and bitter, toasted malty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear, nutty brown with a small, off-white head. Sweet, burned caramellish aroma. Medium body, close to flat, sweet crystal malts and nothing else really. A super simple beer - harmless. But please tune the CO2 level. 190117
