C02 draught at the brewery, 3/19/05. Orange colored beer, light, chill haze with plenty of white head, well-retained. Aroma of easy-going, goldings or fuggles, not sure (I’m not that good with hops distinctions). It has a low bitterness, fuzzy sort of leafy, earthy, greeness to it, with a touch of light fruitiness. Lovely hops, it’s nice to have an IPA that dosent blow you away with bitterness or citrus/pine. Light pale malt tones in the nose as well. Flavor is quite expectedly hoppy, but the characteristics from the nose being the hops flavor again, not bitterness. Fruitiness and light pale malts with a medium body and no wateriness on the end. Soft, sweet and fruity, it does all that it is supposed to do.
