Bottle, 10%. Slow gusher. Sweet and spicy aroma, slightly fruity. Black colour. OK dark brown head. The flavour starts off with a yeasty note, turning quite roasted. Ends on a fruity note with a distinct alcohol bitterness. Citric fruitiness in the finish from the brett and perhaps also buckthorn. Disappointingly yeasty but the brett gives it a nice touch.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with profuse, stable dark tan head. Clear aroma of roast and chocolate, with sourish and malty notes and traces of liquorice. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of hops, liquorice and malt and touches of coffee and sourish notes of brett. Roasty aftertaste with estery notes and slightly sourish hints. Decent, but the brett notes are perhaps a little too strong.
