Bottle from mikkeller shop. pours hazy deep red with a fast disappearing pink to white head. Aroma is dominated by wood and cherries, quite sour too, a little bit of leather. Flavor is quite sour, complex woody notes, the flavor quite quickly go away, leading to a mild ending. Very easy drinking yet very sour beer with lots of complexity, wood, leather, berries. Real nice sour beer, not sure how i would wish this one much better.

Petit gervais...

Fruity and sweet nose, juicy blackcurrants, some tartness, sour and dry. I get some sherry warmth, oak wood, a bit of sweetness. Very very nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Beer Gonzo. Pours clear, vibrant purple with a moderate, frothy pink head - it's a really beautiful beer. Lovely, refreshing, strong acidity, juicy tart black currents, bramble, salt. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, with bracing acidity, more tart black currants, blackberry, nips of raspberry, lemon, more salty bite, soft dryness. Nice depth, really refreshing. Gorgeous beer.

Bottle. Creamy reddish good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and hopy fantastic sour berry aroma. Light bitter fantastic acetic flavor. berries very present. Long finish. Syruply palate. Creamy palate. Fantastic.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Cloudy red, small pink head. Nice black currant aroma. Sour, tart flavour, fresh black currant. Dry but creamy mouthfeel. Very nice.
