Vintage 2024. Hazy yellow color and tiny head. Tart, fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Tart, citrus, fruity flavour. Okish. ZincFest 2025.

ZincFest2025 (2024 vintage). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some tartness, mild wooden tones with citrus as well. Flavour is nicely tart woorden tones with some citrus and mild funk as well.

Bottle shared at BBT 05/2023. Feels like a pretty authentic lambic mix. Thin body, but does not feel watery, because there is a nice mix of acid character. Medium sourness consisting of part acetic, part pedio. Pleasant med-light woodiness and med-high barnyard funky character with lots of sweaty horse, leather, hay. Easy drinking, well balanced, overall pretty good.

Hazy pale golden color with low white head. Aroma: dry, funky, vinous, grapes. Taste: dry, funky, grape, vinous, bit of astringency. Light bodied, low carbonation, low bitterness.

Shared bottle at BBT May 2023. Unclear golden color with minimal white head. Aroma of funk, brett, funk, floral notes. Taste is sour, bayrnard, funk, yeasty bitterness, lemon, tea.

Bottle sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Clear golden. Funky barnyard, lots of oak, citrus, rustic character, sourish, juicy, bitterish note. Great stuff.

Half champagne bottle, Vintage 2022. Drink in Zakopane, shared with man who destroy you in future. Pairing with Oscypek chese (Podhale IGP Regional product). Brewed in Oud beersel. Otwarcie glosne, jest dymek jak w dobrych lambickacg gueuze, zapachnialo od razu derka, stajnia, w tle cytrusy, piana spora, spora metnosc, nuty w posmaku zywiczne, iglaste, kapke rozmarynu i cytrynowej bazylii, Kwasnosc i cierpkosc ostra, towarzyszy nam caly czas. Pairing with IGP Oscypek from Koscieliska Valley. Drink and eat in Zakopane with friend.

Pale colour, cloudy, minimal head. Aroma is green apple, yellow grapefruit, raspberry, oak. Medium sour. Light body, medium carbonation. Good.

Pomarańczowa barwa, klarowne, piana intensywna, minimalnie zdobi szklankę. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty dzikie, winne, ocet winny, białe owoce. W smaku podobnie do aromatu, wytrawne, goryczka na niskim poziomie, całkiem mocno wysycone.
