Second collaboration brew with our good friend Benedikt from Blech.Brut. Pilsner, Oat and wheat malt provide the base. Callista in the Whirlpool. Double Dry hopped with Ariana and Mosaic.

Draught, 5.5% at Malto. Good fruity and slightly mineraly aroma. Cloudy yellow/orange colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is fruity and Brady with a hint of burnt plastic or perhaps just bubble gum.

Probably their best beer I’ve had. The Bamburg-influence has paid off. Clean, light, refreshing, not bitter. Very drinkable. Malto Hamburg
