Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Distinct leathery Brett in the nose. Whatever hops there may have been ae hidden underneath. Medium body, subtle caramel malts and now fully blown leathery Brett accents with a slight tartness on the side. Dryish and slightly hoppy finish. Carbonation somewhat heavy. The beer is clearrly contaminated, but since I enjoy Brett I quite enjoy it. One of those lucky infections! 110620

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy lightish copper brown with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of butter, malt and caramel and touches of hops. Sourish flavour with bready and buttery notes and touches of yeast and caramel malt. Bitter aftertaste with acidic notes and estery touches. Tastes, well, somewhat infected. What went wrong?
