Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a lacing, white, frothy head. Yeasty, estery mose. Medium body, a sweet fruitiness where you can actually taste the mango, which rarely happens. The yeast and the esters have mellowed out in the flavor with the finish just being pleasantly dry. A nice enhanced and modern take on a Weizen. 060220

Torsdag på Lokomotivværkstedet mai-19: jeg begynder med de nye danske mikrobryggerier, og som nr. 2 har jeg denne (alle fra fad): uklar strågul med godt skum der varer. Banan, tyggis, gjær, mango og krydderier (koriander, nellik?). Sødlig afslutning. Slank men alligevel med en god mundfølelse.
