Bottiglia.

bottle from meny, valby. looking forward to tasting la granda's take on saison. hazy yellow, smooth white head. aroma is sweet, bretty, malty and slightly herbal. A bit on the sweet side for a saison, i prefer them more dry. flavor is mild bretty and wild yeasty, somewhat spicy, distinct maltiness, few green leafy herbal notes towards the end. tastes like any odd strong belgian ale, perhaps a blonde, clearly belgian yeast was involved in the making. Not as interesting as the other la granda i have tasted, but if you really feel like a beligan blonde strong ale with a bit of belgian yeast craziness in it, then go for it.
