"Orang Utan", vom Faß im Brauhaus Südstern, 7.8.2025. - Rotbraun, trüb. - In der Nase leicht exotische zitrusfruchtige Hopfung und zuviel Hefe. - Im Antrunk leicht exotische zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, gedämpfte Pampelmuse, etwas Tabak, keine aufdringliche Fruchtigkeit, mehr Lager-artig. Im Abgang aromatische Hopfenherbe. - Süffiges, rundes Ale ohne übertriebene obergärige Züge.

Draught at the brewpub. Faint buttery aroma. Hazy amber colour. Good stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is caramely and slightly citric with a medium bitterness. Weak aroma hop. Slightly rough hoppiness.
