Bottle with MaltDawg on 08/16/2008 or sometime shortly afterward since these ratings were lost for a half a year. Clear copper amber body with a small off-white head. Grassy, slightly vegetal aroma. Sweet floral an caramel flavor. Medium body with moderate carbonation

12oz bottle. Bronze colored and filtered/fined. Pretty interesting beer. Crisp smooth hoppy flavor throughout, with a nice mellow malt profile as well. Certainly similar to other Magic Hat beers. This is a great session beer. Relatively straightforward stuff.

Bottle. I came in with low expectations and this beer exceeded them. Pours an amber color. Aroma is malt and hop notes. Not that much else to it really.

Slightly hazy amber coloured body with a light tan head and a bunch of floaters throughout the beer! Aroma of light hops, a strong malt body and a bit of caramel, tucked in with some raisins. Light-bodied; A short dose of hops, with more malt than expected and very little else. Aftertaste shows some sugars, but mostly cardboardy type tastes. Overall, a pretty poor beer, with little to offer for this style or any others. Overall, a very big disappointment, not really worth trying again. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 16-December-2007.

Come on....you’ve got to be kidding me? I even had this bottle fresh and bought it from the cooler and kept it refrigerated. This is the worst beer I’ve had in recent memory.
I dont know for whom I feel worse, Magic Hat and their horrid bottling line, or the suckers at Orlio who thought, "Hey, let’s use MH as a contractor, they’ll do a good job with our beer...".
Bottle drunk (but mostly poured out) on 5/28/07.
