(Bottle) Brownish black colour, no head. Malty, roasty, vinous nose with chocolate, coffee, oak wood, carrot cake, treacle, cinnamon and vanilla. Malty, roasty, vinous, sweet taste with notes of oak wood, dark chocolate, strong black coffee, carrot cake, cardamom, treacle, cinnamon, coconut, vanilla and a balanced cacao bitterness in a sweetish finish. Full body, sweet. On the sweet and boozy side, but really rich and powerful. Very nice.

Bottle. Pitch black, no real head, just tiny beige ring. Initially strong boozy nose, whisky. Later malty presence develops with biscuits, chocolate, slight black currant. Soft taste, mild sweetness, hints of bitterness, no alcohol, just a pleasant warm breeze. Slight spices in the end. Mild aftertaste. Fuller body, oily and silky. Actually pretty nice.

Bottled (From Systembolaget Umeå). Black colour, deep brown head. Aroma is roasted, some toffee, mild carrots as well as some syrupy notes. Flavour is carrot cake, some toffee, roasted, mild alcohol with some slight ashes to it as well.

33cl bottle. Wax cork. Poured pitch black in color. Thin light brown head. Carrot cake is qutie evident here, thick, oliy mouthfeel, turns more tobacco and leathery as it warms. Lime peel, cinnamon notes. Massive, heavy and quite sweet. Slow sipper. Lots of flavors.

Smell of cinnamon, carrot cake, pepper. Black colour, dark brown head. Aroma of carrot cake, spices, chocolate. Aggressive flavours. Sweet with some spiciness. Heavy body, thick texture. Kudos for being what it promises.

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter pepperkaker, vanilje, mørk sjokolade og noe kaffe. Fyldig. Smaker også pepperkaker, julekrydder, havre, noe salt lakris og mørk sjokolade. Lang salt lakris i avslutningen.
