Canned 4/21/17, shared by TJ on 5/20/17.
Clear, light-golden with little/no head, no retention.
Lots of spice in the nose, maybe a bit too much, actually. Strong ginger backed by honey-like pils malts though it doesn’t seem under attenuated or cakey. Despite it being a bit spice-heavy, it isn’t full of bubble gum and clove, so that’s a plus. Chamomille is light, too, which is very important given how easily that can dominate a beer.
In the mouth it’s pretty well-attenuated expressing a lot of pils-like honey character that shows a generally much more balanced flavor than the nose would imply. Some black pepper, light ginger and a good, crisp, lightly acidic finish help balance the malt, though the carbonation is a bit vapid/bubbly. Nice Summer day quencher, at least.

16 oz. can split by T.J, thanks much buddy! Appearance is mostly cloudy bright gold, lasting white head. Taste is citrus, wheat, yeast, spice.... Nice.

Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, bubbly, citrus and wheat and a mild black pepper aftertaste. I love the crispness. Overall, a very solid Wit beer. Spot on the style. Tons of flavor for a 4.8 % Belgian Wheat
