From bottle. Amber color. Rye Bread and soft bretty notes in the aroma. Rye flavor, estery with cherry sweets. Nice.

Draft or bottle?? @ Schuim (Carnivale Brettanomyces 2018). Clear amber color. No head. Aroma's: rye, malty, sourish, funky. Retronasal: sourish, fruity, funky. Flavor is moderate sour with light (rye) sweetness. Light bodied. Very low on CO2. Light bitter finish.

At brettfest. Aroma of buttery sourness, wheat, rye and caramel. Taste has dry buttery caramel, mild acid, caramel and grassy rye. Solid.

8 3 7 3 15Sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Near clear red purple with a ring pink head. Aroma of rye, funk, light vinegar and oak. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Brettfest. Schuim. Clear amber with no head. Sour grain, nutty and woody bitter, big ryebread. Light goaty funk. Moderate sweet, light sour, moderate bitter. Bitter strongest. Sampled at t Schuim. Bit hazy reddish amber with no head. Light milky, Brett, soft sour berries, Bretty, quite some spicy rye actually, honey, soft flowers. Under medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Medium bodied with no carbonation.
