Tap at The Davis Beer Shop. Pours coppery gold with a white head. Aroma is mild citrus. Med body. Flavor is roasty malt with some mild citrus. For me it’s rather malty, moderately towards dry, and not all that hoppy bitter. Citrus does build with time.

A golden IPA with a thick off white head. An aroma of chunky meaty malts, with critussy hops, light menthol notes, very nice. In mouth, a rather chunky oily malt with smooth citrussy hops, light meatyness, papaya, quite nice and smooth. On tap at J. Ryans, May 2, 2010.
