We take our same process with the original Yojo and change up the grain/hop bill. Large amounts of Citra and Amarillo hops get layered over of bed of Golden Promise malt. Tons of mango, peach, papaya, and floral hop flavors with a light/sweet graham cracker malt character.

Hope I have the right beer here (several hermits listed here, plus my can says 7% ABV)). Pours a hazy. light lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is grassy, with some gasoline, citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, some grass, a fairly smooth, sweet underlying layer, and a touch of hop bitterness at the finish. Pretty good.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is earthy/citrus/mixed tropical. Med body at least. Flavor is mixed tropical, citrus (light dank hint), and some pale stone fruit. Light hop burn. It’s fairly dry, unfairly hoppy, and dang bitter. Pretty good stuff. Gets a bit juicy with time.

Can into a snifter showing moderately filtered orange with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of mango, peach, guava, cannabis, and NE style malt. Overall, fruit forward and enticing. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Peach forward with moderately intense additional notes of guava, papaya, and cannabis. Very subtle bitterness on the finish with a resurgence of more juicy peach with papaya.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated 06/13/2017. I was a bit late getting to this one. Aroma is very hop forward and fruity with a medium light cracker malt and grain note in the background. Lots of over ripe stone fruit, pineapple, mango, guava and citrus notes. Hints of resin and dank. Pours a rather hazy, dull, golden hay color with a medium large, thick, frothy, white head that shows nice retention as it slowly but steadily recedes. Flavor is moderately sweet with medium light grain and cracker malt notes. Medium light bitterness. Moderately strong hop notes with tropical fruit and citrus dominating, but also some lighter stone fruit and resin. A slightly odd, almost astringent, herbal hop note. Hint of alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a great aroma, but the beer is a bit off. The mouthfeel is a touch watery and the flavor has that odd hop note to it.
