Bottle 50 cl. Pours a dirty golden with lots of tiny floaties and a rough, dissipating white head. Nose is salty, mousy, phenollic - not so nice. Medium body, some initial fruitiness, hardly any carbonation, tons of unpleasant phenollic esters make this beer seem more like chemistry than beer. No temperature control at all? This seems like a beer let loose without any control or understanding of fermentation. Sorry Kongebryg, this is a no go. 011116

bottle from føtex food. cloudy citrussy yellow, smooth white head. refreshing citrussy yeasty dough like aroma, some spices, ginger, resembles a belgian wit the most, quite nice aroma. Flavor is belgian yeasty, fruity and citrussy notes,herbal, ginger, faint hay, tastes very much like a crazy belgian, but it is quite refreshing and tasty too. No idea what they tried to make, but the result is certanly drinkable and quenching if you like sort of wild beer. label says carrots too, i fail to find them in the taste or aroma, but with so much going on they could easily hide.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of bread and hay with a touch of vegetables. Sweetish malty flavour with spicy and earthy notes. Pretty good beer. Shame about the carrots.

Bottle, 5.8% at KØ16. Citric and spicy aroma. Almost clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweetish, spicy, sort of like cough syrup spiciness. Low to medium bitterness. Light caramelly finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light grassy hoppy. Fruity, slight sweet and mild estery. Crisp hoppy and light fruity finish.
