Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Nose has some caramel and spice, a light note of licorice. Medium body, very low in carbonation, some yeasty notes, spice and caramel with a slightly hoppy finish. Some late phenols are a little disturbing. But not too bad. 270217

Clear dark brown. Small light brown head. Malty roasted malty aroma. Where I’d the bacon. Flavor Is roasted malts and licorice. Glue like mouthful from pork fat. Quite dry flavor. Good bitterness. Faint herbal note perhaps from malurt. Nice beer.

Bottle at KØ16. Liquorice aroma. Almost clear amber colour. Very small head. The flavour is caramelly with a cough syrup. Good bready finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is herbal, annis seed and toasted malty. Dry and spiced. Herbal. Toasted and dark malty. Dry and herbal finish.

Hazy copper with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma of caramel with licorice notes. Sweet malty flavour with spicy licorice and a touch of yeast.
