Draught @ Dynamo - Bar de soif, Chaussee d Alsemberg, 130, Brussels, Belgium 1060. [ As Crow Čika Alberto ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, butterscotch, grass, fruity malt, sweet malt, pale malt, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180316] 6-3-5-3-12

On tap at Gunners Pub, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with grassy hops and crisp crackery malt. Crisp and clean. Good stuff.

Bottle bought at Beerville, New Belgrade. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy straw. Grainy and lemony. Bitter, very aromatic, citrus and hay. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, dry finish. A Very refreshing summer beer, one of the better lagers out there.

Pola litara flasa poured. Stoked to say I’ve met the man himself! Cheers to Alberto with this beer! A cloudy, but shiny golden pour with a patchy head. Has a bretty like aroma to this, that has me really questioning the style. A hoppy saison almost? Brett maybe? A champagne like yeast as well. Cool, equal fruit and floral notes. Very surprised here. I really enjoyed this beer, but still can’t in any situation ever expect this to be a pils. Very fun beer.

On tap at Srpska Ku?a Piva. Murky yellow, white head. Creamy, yeasty, some fruity hoppiness, bit citric, peachy. Lovely apricot notes in the initially creamy taste, bit yeasty bit bitterish which goes into a herbal, peppery aftertaste. The recipe changed apparently, for the better IMO.

Bottle at Ministarstvo, Nis. I’m wondering whether is something wrong with my glass, again no head, kinda fail for pilsner. Taste is more malty, decent bitterness. Okay but far from top.

bottle thanks alberto golden hazy medium head cereal not intense bit herbal medium bitterness dorata piuttosto velata buona schiuma ma media persistenza naso non molto intenso così anche in bocca leggero cereale un filo erbaceo corpo medio bilanciata

Tap at 4:20 in Rome-Italy. Very cloudy kind of juicy pale golden appearance almost yellow, medium white foam. Nose: a sweet note of yeast or bread or almonds milk (kinda), mild pale/pils malty notes, citric too and I spotted some grapefruit or spices far away. Crumb pops up when beer warms up. Mouth: minerals upfront, sparkling a bit, body is clean and moderately grassy. 26/12/2019: new rating. This beer has never been the same for more than a few months, quite influenced by an attentive tuning from the brewer. Now looks hay clean close to filtered with a tick medium white cap having retention. Nose is clean malty, citric and a bit floral. The mouthfeel is clean, malty with a balanced citric (tough moderated) bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
