Bready - Floral - Spicy • This is the Red Bear take on a Pilsner sub-style that has been growing in popularity over the last couple years, the Italian Pilsner. This means it is a crisp lager using a traditional German pilsner grains and hops, but using more modern technique. We cold whirlpooled and dryhopped this lager with Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria hops to draw out a nice balance of flavor. At 4.1% ABV, you can crush this beer all day.

A lightly hazed pils with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with germ hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with German hops, light mineral notes, so-so.
