A mixed culture golden sour ale fermented with our Goat Wizard blend of microbes, aged on the zest, flesh and juice of Sicilian Lemons, Oranges and Mandarins.

We sourced the highest quality late harvest citrus fruits, directly from the growers bio Agrumi Monasteri, who specialise in organic, sustainable cultivation practices.

The fruit was processed by hand and macerated in tank for over a month during the beers extended conditioning time.

Drink young or age. This will get weirder.

375ml bottle, online from the source. Pours light hazed pale golden with a tight white cap. Aroma: lots of lemon & lime, also prominently herbal, floral, lemon verbena. The taste follows - lots of citrus zest & lemon verbena. Plenty floral with light tartness. Medium body with tight carbonation. Pretty mental, such an interesting beer. I like it.

Keg at BBNo Riverside Beer Fest. Aroma is pungent- vinous pickled lemon. Opaque amber gold. Creamy white head. Medium sour. Bitter lemon. A flowery edge. Almost salty streak. Surprisingly light bodied and thin. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Warming bitter lemon affair.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed yellow gold. Fine white head. Nose has orange jelly. Fresh ginger. Tip Top cream, according to the missus. She’s hormonal. Taste is juicy and tart with a fresh and clean, citrus and mineral bitterness. Refreshing on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Juicy citrus finish. Very enjoyable.
