Can ordered from Noble Green Wine, Hampton. Aroma has grapefruit, shock, but it seems almost burnt, over smoky grains. Light gold. A slight. Frothy foamy white head. Grapefruit sourness but we're talking tangy as opposed to tart. Low key bitterness. Underlying soggy malts. There's also some intriguing salty notes. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Buoyed by lively soft-fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. For whatever reason, after their core SIPA was a damp squib, this one works for me. It benefits from the grapefruit, a fruit I'm not the biggest fan of.

Can shared@Pratts & Payne, Streatham, London - golden orange pour with a white head. Sweet citrus fruity with notes of grapefruit, some peach, sweet malty backing, medium body, hoppy citrus bitter finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Not bad, definitely has a zesty grapefruit character to it, some piney bitterness, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bitter finish, more grapefruit zest, rindy bitterness. Nice citrusy novelty beer.
